- 800gr Cyprus potatoes
- Salt
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- 150ml milk
- 30gr. butter
- Nutmeg
- 15 dried tomatoes
Peel, cut and boil the potatoes in salted water for 15-20 minutes until tender and strain them. Stir with the hand blender, adding hot milk, butter, salt and nutmeg. Chop the dried tomatoes and throw them in the mashed potatoes with the basil.
