- 1 kilo Cyprus potatoes in cubes
- 2 onions in cubes
- 50gr. bacon in cubes
- 1 red pepper
- Smoked salt, freshly ground pepper
- 1 branch of rosemary
Saute the potatoes and the rosemary in the oil until they get slightly golden brown. Add the onion and the red pepper, saute for another 2 to 3 minutes and add the bacon. Salt and pepper and serve when they get crunchy.
