Potato panful with bacon and rosemary

  • 1 kilo Cyprus potatoes in cubes
  • Oil
  • 2 onions in cubes
  • 50gr. bacon in cubes
  • 1 red pepper
  • Smoked salt, freshly ground pepper
  • 1 branch of rosemary

 

Saute the potatoes and the rosemary in the oil until they get slightly golden brown. Add the onion and the red pepper, saute for another 2 to 3 minutes and add the bacon. Salt and pepper and serve when they get crunchy.
